Features:
1. With close cyclone separating cylinder, the shot material can be recycled and the shot grading can be easily controlled.
2. The blasting efficiency is 1.5 times of the siphon design.
3. The sight window is made of steel glass with an inner layer of normal glass; it is very easy to make replacement with good vision.
4. The machine surface is finished with baking paint which can ensure a long term good appearance.
5. The machine can be designed with side door or front door; the single and double spray gun can be separately controlled. The quantity of spray gun can be decided by the customer.
6. The shot materials are: Al2O3, Silicon Carbide (Green and Black), Glass beads, Walunut Shell Grits, MC Blast Cleaning Media, MB Blast Cleaning Media, ceramic shot, stainless steel shot and steel shot, etc.
Application:
They are applicable for surface cleaning of linear cutting, small mould, normal metal or nonmetal parts, blasting of the medium & small work piece. The automatic machine is applicable for bulk blasting of small parts which can be collided.
